Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Most Thornborne products are decorated or made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Large, group, or unusually complex orders may require additional time.

SHIPPING AREA AND RATES

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $6 for orders under $75. Standard shipping is free for orders of $75 or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

DELIVERY

Carrier transit time begins after production is complete and is separate from the 7–10 business-day processing period. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact marianne@thornborne.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or shipment.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate and determine the appropriate next step.
