PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION
Many Thornborne products are decorated or made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected sizes, colors, logo colors, lettering choices, and other options before completing checkout. Product photographs and screen colors are illustrative; actual colors may vary slightly.
ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order when information is incomplete or inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, materials are unavailable, or an order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
PRICES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Processing and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS
When purchasing a logo-application service, you confirm that you own or are authorized to submit the apparel. The item must be clean and suitable for decoration. Normal variation can occur because garment construction and materials differ.
FUNDRAISING PRODUCTS
When a product states that proceeds are donated, its description identifies the applicable product, beneficiary, and type of proceeds. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the donation applies only to that product and does not make the customer's purchase tax-exempt.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Store content, product designs, logos, photographs, and text may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission from the applicable owner.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with its security or operation; or submit false information.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States law.
